Remembering Montevallo in Your Will

Unrestricted Bequest Wording
I give, devise and bequeath to the University of Montevallo Foundation, Montevallo, AL, (the sum of $_______ or ____ percent of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate) to be used for the benefit of the University of Montevallo as the University and Foundation may determine.
Restricted Bequest Wording
I give, devise and bequeath to the University of Montevallo Foundation, Montevallo, AL, (the sum of $_______ or ____ percent of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate) to be used for the purpose(s) of _________________________________________________. If such use, in the judgement of the Foundation, loses applicability to the mission of the University, then funds will be used for such purpose(s) as the University shall determine.
Residuary Bequest Wording
I give, devise and bequeath to the University of Montevallo Foundation, Montevallo, AL, (a) all or (b) ____ percent of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate) to be used for the purpose(s) of _________________________________________________. If such use, in the judgement of the Foundation, loses applicability to the mission of the University, then funds will be used for such purpose(s) as the University shall determine.
Contingent Bequest Wording
If the above named legatees or devisees (or beneficiaries) should predecease me, then I hereby give, devise and bequeath the same to the University of Montevallo Foundation to be used for (a) for the benefit of the University of Montevallo as the University may determine or (b) for the purpose(s) of ________________________________________________. If such use, in the judgement of the Foundation, loses applicability to the mission of the University, then funds will be used for such purpose(s) as the University shall determine.
