CAN I NOMINATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON?
Yes. If you feel there are several individuals who truly deserve consideration, please submit their nominations. There is no limit to the number of submissions you can make, but please note that you’ll need to send supporting materials for all nominated individuals.
WILL I BE NOTIFIED IF THE PERSON I NOMINATE IS SELECTED?
No. UM will only contact the 15 individuals selected for “15 Within 15” recognition, and not the individual who submitted their nomination, unless more information is needed.
WHAT ARE THE CRITERIA FOR SELECTION AND HOW DOES THE SELECTION PROCESS WORK?
We are looking for successful, well-rounded, and diverse individuals. Some of the qualities and characteristics the candidate should possess (in no particular order) are:
- Leadership skills
- Creativity
- Sustained career progress
- Dedication
- Personal integrity
- Community outreach/volunteer work
- Unconventional wisdom
