About the Pre-licensure BSN Program
Our program prepares you to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination-RN (NCLEX-RN) after graduation. At UM Nursing, you will learn how to apply what you learn in the classroom into your nursing professional practice. You will have an opportunity to be apart of a nursing program with dedicated faculty with small class sizes (Faculty to student ratio is 1:24 in classroom). Also, you will have opportunities to engage in simulation lab experiences in our brand-new UM Simulation and Skills Lab and go out into the surrounding community and complete your clinical experiences at hospitals, clinics, and various community agencies. As an UM BSN graduate, you will be prepared to make a positive difference in the lives of your patients, families, nursing profession and your community.
