The B.A. in Art is one of our liberal arts degrees with a 43-credit-hour major in art and the opportunity to explore other disciplines as minors, second majors, or general electives.
This is a studio major with a range of foundations and advanced classes in studio and art history. In addition to the core academic classes that all undergraduates take, the B.A. in Art requires classes in a foreign language.
Graduates with a B.A. in Art are qualified to pursue careers in art and art-related fields and graduate study in art, art history, and art education.
